CodenReach provides a range of digital services, including but not limited to:
Website Design & Development (Static, Dynamic, E-commerce)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Google Ads (Pay-Per-Click Campaigns)
Branding & Visual Identity
Video Editing
Content Writing
Each project is initiated based on a formal proposal or agreement outlining the scope, timeline, and pricing.
Any service we deliver will strictly follow the scope outlined in the proposal or agreement.
Requests beyond the original scope (e.g., new features, additional revisions, change in design direction) may incur extra charges and adjusted timelines.
Scope changes must be confirmed in writing by both parties.
Projects follow a 30% – 30% – 40% payment structure:
30% Advance to initiate the project
30% Mid-Project (upon approval of initial designs or major milestone)
40% Final before the handover or launch of the final deliverables
For monthly services (such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, or Google Ads), payment is required 100% in advance at the beginning of each service cycle.
All invoices must be cleared within 7 days of issuance. Delayed payments may result in paused work, withheld deliverables, or service suspension.
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any other method agreed upon in writing.
No final files, access credentials, or deployments will be shared until full payment is received.
Clients agree to:
Provide all required content, assets, and feedback promptly.
Ensure that any third-party materials (e.g., images, fonts, copy) are licensed and legally usable.
Respond to approval requests (e.g., design drafts, final versions) within 5 business days to avoid delays.
Each service includes a set number of revisions, as mentioned in the agreement.
Additional revisions beyond this limit may be billed at an hourly or fixed rate.
Final approval from the client is considered as sign-off, after which no further changes will be made without additional cost.
We respect the confidentiality of our clients. All data, business information, and materials shared with CodenReach will:
Remain strictly confidential.
Only be used for project-related purposes.
Not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.
If the project requires third-party plugins, themes, APIs, or tools, the client will bear the cost (unless included in the proposal).
CodenReach is not liable for any issues or limitations arising from third-party software or platforms.
Clients retain full rights to their original content and data.
Upon full payment, all custom deliverables (website, graphics, videos, etc.) become the property of the client.
CodenReach retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, unless a written NDA states otherwise.
We offer a 15-day post-launch support window to fix any bugs or issues related to the delivered project.
Ongoing maintenance or support beyond this period is available at an additional cost.
CodenReach shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of business, profits, or data).
Delays caused by incomplete client inputs, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
Either party may terminate the project agreement:
With 7 days’ written notice.
All completed work will be delivered up to the termination point, and payment will be adjusted accordingly.
No refunds will be issued for completed work or services already delivered.
In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution via mutual discussion.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert Your City, e.g., Delhi/Mumbai].
CodenReach reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
